Hatha yoga Class
Where everyone is welcome to stretch and strengthen while reducing body tension through gentle yoga practice aimed at increasing mobility. With pranayama, we explore how the breath is the bridge between body and mind, supporting each pose. The session concludes with a peaceful savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated. Join us for an enriching experience for your body and mind.

Prioritises inclusivity, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, catering to individuals of all abilities and limitations. Providing modifications and adjustments to foster a sense of connection and wellbeing for all participants whilst finishing with a deep relaxation.
Yin Yoga Class
Yin yoga class focuses on slow, passive postures held for a few minutes. This practice targets deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, in order to promote mobility and relaxation. The class environment is usually calm, with a meditative atmosphere, often accompanied by soft music, so as to allow introspection and the development of mindfulness. This style of yoga is safe for all levels, as it brings balance to the energy in our bodies & mental clarity.
Chair Yoga Class Focusing on improving mobility and well-being. Through gentle movements and breathwork, we aim to energise the body and reduce stress. With emphasis on the breath, I guide you through accessible poses to enhance flexibility. The session concludes with a soothing yoga Nidra practice for deep relaxation and healing. Join us for rejuvenation and vitality.
