I’m Caroline, a BWY-certified Yin Yang Yoga teacher, currently leading regular classes designed to support real, lasting change in both body and mind. My approach blends the steady strength of yang with the deep release of yin to help students reduce pain and stress, improve posture and mobility, and feel more balanced in everyday life. My goal is to guide people toward healing, better movement, and a stronger connection to themselves, so they can live with more ease, energy, and presence.
I believe yoga is for everyone, and I focus on making it accessible by offering options and clear guidance for different bodies, levels, and needs. When yoga feels challenging, it’s often a sign that your body needs it even more, and with consistency, it becomes easier, more freeing, and truly enjoyable. My teaching is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Since 2015, yoga has supported my own progress in improving flexibility, recovery, and balance through the body–mind connection, and I bring that understanding into every class.
Outside the studio, I’m a wife and mother of two young men, and I enjoy an active lifestyle including horse riding, fitness training, boxing, and martial arts.

I’m Kevin, a professionally qualified physiotherapist, and I’m proud to be part of this team, bringing added value through hands-on physiotherapy care. Together, physiotherapy and yoga complement each other: physio helps address pain, recovery, and movement limitations, while yoga supports mobility, posture, strength, and long-term body awareness.
I offer targeted therapeutic massage to support healing, reduce pain, and improve recovery. I begin each case with a thorough assessment to understand your condition, identify the root cause of your pain or limitation, and build the right approach for your needs and goals. Each session includes tailored exercises and guided follow-ups to support your progress, help you maintain results, and prevent issues from returning.
Above all, I’m driven by a genuine passion for helping people feel better, move better, and live with greater comfort and confidence.

Hatha yoga Class
Where everyone is welcome to stretch and strengthen while reducing body tension through gentle yoga practice aimed at increasing mobility. With pranayama, we explore how the breath is the bridge between body and mind, supporting each pose. The session concludes with a peaceful savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated. Join us for an enriching experience for your body and mind.
Hatha Yoga Class
Prioritises inclusivity, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, catering to individuals of all abilities and limitations. Providing modifications and adjustments to foster a sense of connection and wellbeing for all participants whilst finishing with a deep relaxation.
Yin Yoga Class
Yin yoga class focuses on slow, passive postures held for a few minutes. This practice targets deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, in order to promote mobility and relaxation. The class environment is usually calm, with a meditative atmosphere, often accompanied by soft music, so as to allow introspection and the development of mindfulness. This style of yoga is safe for all levels, as it brings balance to the energy in our bodies & mental clarity.
Chair Yoga Class Focusing on improving mobility and well-being. Through gentle movements and breathwork, we aim to energise the body and reduce stress. With emphasis on the breath, I guide you through accessible poses to enhance healing, strength and mobility. The session concludes with a soothing relaxation. Join us for rejuvenation and vitality.
Hatha Yoga Class
Aims to deepen your practice and progress you towards a profound understanding of your body. Our supportive environment encourages students to find their edge, respecting their bodies limits while gradually expanding them. Throughout the class, we emphasise breath awareness and mindfulness, incorporating pranayama techniques to enhance the flow of positive energy, finishing with a deep relaxation.

Hip Release Workshop
4 weeks course - 8 Sessions (Scheduled from 12th June until 5th July). Pay £60 instead of £80.

In this course, we will stretch the deep tissues and muscles of the hips while focusing on the breath, which causes release and allows emotion to melt away and increases mobility, reducing sciatica and lower back pain.
