WHO IS CAROLINE?

I am Caroline, wife and mother of two young men, living a dynamic lifestyle with a passion for various hobbies, including horse riding, fitness training, boxing, martial arts, and more. 

My journey took an unexpected turn in 2015 when I began experiencing a loss of flexibility and muscle injuries, leading me to feel limited in my activitie

I am Caroline, wife and mother of two young men, living a dynamic lifestyle with a passion for various hobbies, including horse riding, fitness training, boxing, martial arts, and more. 

My journey took an unexpected turn in 2015 when I began experiencing a loss of flexibility and muscle injuries, leading me to feel limited in my activities and missing out on the joy they once brought. 

It was then that I discovered yoga as a means of stretching, pain and stress release. Through dedicated practice of yoga, I experienced profound changes physically and mentally, discovering the importance of balancing the yin and yang energies in life. I became curious to know more about holistic wellness and the body-mind connection. Concurrently, my interest grew, driven by a desire to enhance my physical abilities and mental discipline. This balance, reflected in the softness, strength, and focus. 

Inspired by this transformation, I became a BWY certified yoga teacher practitioner, committed to guiding others on their own transformative journeys towards newfound flexibility, strength, and the harmonious balance of yin and yang.

With pranayama, we explore how the breath is the bridge between body and mind, supporting each pose. Yin Yoga Class

Yin yoga class focuses on slow, passive postures held for a few minutes. This practice targets deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, in order to promote mobility and relaxation. The class environment is usually calm, with a meditative atmosphere, often accompanied by soft music, so as to allow introspection and the development of mindfulness. This style of yoga is safe for all levels, as it brings balance to the energy in our bodies & mental clarity.

Chair Yoga Class Focusing on improving mobility and well-being. Through gentle movements and breathwork, we aim to energise the body and reduce stress. With emphasis on the breath, I guide you through accessible poses to enhance healing, strength and mobility. The session concludes with a soothing relaxation. Join us for rejuvenation and vitality.

Aims to deepen your practice and progress you towards a profound understanding of your body. Our supportive environment encourages students to find their edge, respecting their bodies limits while gradually expanding them. Throughout the class, we emphasise breath awareness and mindfulness, incorporating pranayama techniques to enhance the flow of positive energy, finishing with a deep relaxation.

Scheduled once a month on Sunday. 

Presented by Yin Yang Yoga & Circle Sounds Healing.

Immerse yourself in Yin Yoga poses to increase flexibility and surrender yourself to the soothing sound bath to relax in a peaceful ambiance with Caroline & Cherlyn. 

Concluding with herbal teas and healthy snacks to compliment your practice.

Hip Release Workshop

4 weeks course - 8 Sessions (Scheduled from 12th June until 5th July). Pay £60 instead of £80.

Unconsciously, tension can be held from traumatic events, and the stress of feelings like sadness, fear, and worry get stored and stuck. In this course, we will stretch the deep tissues and muscles of the hips while focusing on the breath, which causes release and allows emotion to melt away and increases mobility, reducing sciatica and lower back pain.
