I am Caroline, wife and mother of two young men, living a dynamic lifestyle with a passion for various hobbies, including horse riding, fitness training, boxing, martial arts, and more.
My journey took an unexpected turn in 2015 when I began experiencing a loss of flexibility and muscle injuries, leading me to feel limited in my activities and missing out on the joy they once brought.
It was then that I discovered yoga as a means of stretching, pain and stress release. Through dedicated practice of yoga, I experienced profound changes physically and mentally, discovering the importance of balancing the yin and yang energies in life. I became curious to know more about holistic wellness and the body-mind connection. Concurrently, my interest grew, driven by a desire to enhance my physical abilities and mental discipline. This balance, reflected in the softness, strength, and focus.
Inspired by this transformation, I became a BWY certified yoga teacher practitioner, committed to guiding others on their own transformative journeys towards newfound flexibility, strength, and the harmonious balance of yin and yang.
At Yin Yang Yoga by Caroline, we believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice. It is a way of life that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner peace. Our goal is to help our students cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga.

Hatha Yoga Class
Prioritises inclusivity, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, catering to individuals of all abilities and limitations. Providing modifications and adjustments to foster a sense of connection and wellbeing for all participants whilst finishing with a deep relaxation.
Yin Yoga Class
Yin yoga class focuses on slow, passive postures held for a few minutes. This practice targets deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, in order to promote mobility and relaxation. The class environment is usually calm, with a meditative atmosphere, often accompanied by soft music, so as to allow introspection and the development of mindfulness. This style of yoga is safe for all levels, as it brings balance to the energy in our bodies & mental clarity.
Hatha Yoga Class
Aims to deepen your practice and progress you towards a profound understanding of your body. Our supportive environment encourages students to find their edge, respecting their bodies limits while gradually expanding them. Throughout the class, we emphasise breath awareness and mindfulness, incorporating pranayama techniques to enhance the flow of positive energy, finishing with a deep relaxation.

Experience a dynamic blend of traditional Hatha poses and powerful flows. Build strength, improve flexibility, and energise your body in this invigorating class. You'll practice pranayama (breath work) and finish with a relaxation session, leaving you feeling blissful.

Over 60' Class
Focusing on improving mobility and well-being. Through gentle movements and breathwork, we aim to energise the body and reduce stress. With emphasis on the breath, I guide you through accessible poses to enhance flexibility. The session concludes with a soothing yoga Nidra practice for deep relaxation and healing. Join us for rejuvenation and vitality.
Note: Concession drops to £9 if necessary.
Inclusive yoga class
Where everyone is welcome to stretch and strengthen while reducing body tension through gentle yoga practice aimed at increasing mobility. With pranayama, we explore how the breath is the bridge between body and mind, supporting each pose. The session concludes with a peaceful savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated. Join us for an enriching experience for your body and mind.

Yin Sounds Workshop
Scheduled for every third Sunday of the month.
Presented by Yin Yang Yoga & Circle Sounds Healing.
Immerse yourself in Yin Yoga poses to increase flexibility and surrender yourself to the soothing sound bath to relax in a peaceful ambiance with Caroline & Cherlyn.

Hip Release Workshop
4 weeks course - 8 Sessions (Scheduled from 12th June until 5th July). Pay £60 instead of £80.
Unconsciously, tension can be held from traumatic events, and the stress of feelings like sadness, fear, and worry get stored and stuck. In this course, we will stretch the deep tissues and muscles of the hips while focusing on the breath, which causes release and allows emotion to melt away and increases mobility, reducing sciatica and lower back pain.
